Step aboard Tides Reach, a casual, chic holiday haven dedicated to all things sea, sun and sailing. With fresh nautical inspired interiors, travellers can enjoy the 180 degree vistas of the stunning Pittwater and experience the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park as a backyard.

Perfect for family gatherings, friends getaways, couples or small team retreats, in any season, to reconnect with nature and be immersed in the breathtaking beauty of this deep waterfront home on the Pittwater in Sydney's Northern Beaches.

Tides Reach is a unique water-access only getaway that's an easy 1 hour drive from Sydney's CBD and then a short watertaxi or boat ride from Church Point Wharf. Experience one of Sydney’s smallest waterfront suburbs with no shops, cafes or cars - just the sound of the sea lapping gently on the shoreline and the boat masts tinkering in the wind.

To make the most of the Pittwater lifestyle, bring your own boat (up to 40 foot) or hire one and moor complimentary on Tides Reach's private deep water jetty. As the cottage sits over the water’s edge with an unfenced jetty, please note we are a safe holiday escape for all travellers above 5 yrs old.

Best long weekend we've spent anywhere

The house is simply ideal - beautifully presented, comfortable and spacious, even for 8 people. It was drenched in sun from dawn until mid afternoon and nicely shaded from the late afternoon sun. The location is magic - peaceful and remote yet close to groceries and great coffee if needed. It's a lovely balance of serenity and convenience. We also liked the outlook to the surrounding moored boats, and it was particularly nice having level access between the house and the waterfront jetty, as opposed to a steep block. This was one of the best long weekends we've spent anywhere! We'll be back.”

Quiet getaway with beautiful views

“From the moment the water taxi dropped us off we were absolutely delighted with the position of the pretty house and the wharf like balcony. Once inside we were impressed with the layout, the cleanliness and the attention to detail.  Our host was always available with a friendly personality and made us feel very welcome to rent her Iovely place. I would recommend this place for a quiet getaway with beautiful views of Pittwater or a fun time away with friends to share breakfasts and meals together with a little discovery of the Pittwater or the national park.”

Absolutely lovely, a perfect place to stay

“Absolutely lovely, a perfect place to stay. Joanne has created a beautiful home, right on the water. Church Point is a fun place for morning coffee, lunch or supper. Just behind the house is the amazing bush trail, leading to wonderful bays. Great host (thank you, Joanne!), and special thanks to Matt who is right close by and so helpful. All so perfect - we'll be back!.”
